These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ronnie LuLee website, products, services, limited drops, pre-orders, events, and communications. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, do not use this website.

1. USE OF WEBSITE

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You will not use the site for unlawful purposes.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or misuse the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.

2. LIMITED DROPS & COUNTDOWN DISCLAIMER

Ronnie LuLee may release products through exclusive, limited-time drops featuring countdown timers.

• Countdown timers are promotional tools and do not guarantee product availability.
• Launch times may be modified, delayed, extended, or canceled at our sole discretion.
• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. Inventory is secured only after successful payment processing.
• High traffic may result in checkout delays or website interruptions.

We are not responsible for technical failures, server crashes, payment processor issues, or overselling due to system errors.

All limited drop items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

3. PRE-ORDER POLICY

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

• The item is not yet produced or ready to ship.
• Shipping timelines provided are estimates only.
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, customs, or shipping disruptions.
• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise specified.

Payment for pre-orders is collected at checkout to secure your item.

Pre-orders are final sale unless Ronnie LuLee is unable to fulfill the order.

We are not liable for production or shipping delays beyond our control.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
• Payment must be received before order processing.
• We are not responsible for bank fees, declined transactions, or currency conversion charges.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

5. NO CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT PROTECTION POLICY

By completing a purchase, you authorize Ronnie LuLee to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact Ronnie LuLee directly to attempt resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, Ronnie LuLee reserves the right to submit:

• Order confirmations
• Delivery confirmation records
• IP address logs
• Customer communication history
• Payment authorization evidence

You may be held responsible for chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection expenses, and legal fees incurred in recovering funds.

We reserve the right to permanently ban customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks.

Fraudulent disputes may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Ronnie LuLee is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated:

• Limited drops and pre-orders may be final sale.
• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria.

8. ANTI-BOT & FAIR ACCESS POLICY

You may not use bots, automation software, scripts, or unfair purchasing methods to secure products.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious orders
• Limit quantities per customer or household
• Block IP addresses
• Refuse service

Orders canceled for policy violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.

9. RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Products are intended for personal use unless authorized in writing.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel bulk or suspected resale orders
• Limit purchase quantities
• Refuse service to resellers

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, graphics, logos, branding, and product concepts are the exclusive property of Ronnie LuLee.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ronnie LuLee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Ronnie LuLee harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

• Your misuse of the website
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

13. GOVERNING LAW (NEW YORK)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in New York County, New York, before a single neutral arbitrator.

You waive the right to a jury trial.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine the enforceability of this arbitration agreement.

15. NO CLASS ACTIONS

All disputes must be resolved individually.

You waive the right to:

• Participate in a class action lawsuit
• Participate in a class-wide arbitration
• Consolidate claims with other customers

16. VENUE FOR NON-ARBITRABLE CLAIMS

If arbitration is found unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

17. LIMITATION ON CLAIM PERIOD

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
